Overtkill is being held in the sub level of the Youngblood base he is able to reactivate and free himself from his restraints. This leads to a fight between himself, Shaft, Diehard and Badrock during the fight Overtkill manages to escape when he fires his head from his body. His head flies to New York where he tells Tony Twist they need to talk.
